Nie musi to być wirtuoz turbin, a "wystarczy" dobry rzemieślnik, który wie co robi. (to właśnie z dobrymi rzemieślnikami jest kłopot) Chodzi o to, by nie trafić na "czarodzieja", który skasuje i zniknie gdy pojawi się problem.
